The question is not whether you are right or wrong, but it is a question of how those conclusions are being arrived at, in detail. The fact is, Bernstein said that value must be proven. "You're going to have to prove value." I read that from the May 19 hearing (shareholders objection pointed it out) and was surprised that a bigger deal wasn't made out of it. I believe it means that Rothschild Skadden & co need to lay out all the businesses of the enterprise (debtors and non) along with the valuations of each - identify which ones are to be sold, when, and how much they expect to gain from each of those sales, how they arrive at those proceeds, and how much value they are providing in the meantime, and where all that value and proceeds will be going. Sure, that might prove you are right. But they have to prove it, not just conclude it without showing how they did.
