So we could potentially be going in 3 different directions after we hear back from the judge next week.

1) Settlement Conferences with some/all cables
2) Mediation for some cables.
3) Court trial for some cables (if any)

** Is there anyone out there whose familiar with the Procedure after Joint Status reports are submitted
