For heaven's sake. They just shut down their "Caribbean" branch in Puerto Rico. I very much doubt they'll be moving into Asia anytime soon.

And as noted, they've been incorporated in Washington since 2012.

Also sounds to me like McCusker is shutting off the expense faucet. Now that we're public company.. time to tighten things up and show more profits. Imho judging by the financials we saw with lots of expenses.
