Not odd at all, its a solid business decision which will benefit MHC and soon to be MCCU overall. I believe EAdventure brought forth a shocking revelation with his post....

"This move opens up new potential markets than previously before. IMO, by moving their headquarters to Washington state, it will make it much easier for McCusker to tap into the Canadian and the Asian markets."

It was also pointed out that Washington is an income tax free state.
