I think the diabetic foot ulcer medication will have a great medical impact (and bring in recognition and $$$), but I think the pot of gold for VDRM is at the end of the toenail fungus rainbow. I believe the results of that research (instituted last spring?) should be coming out some time soon, and if they are as positive as initial indicators suggested, it could be a huge revenue stream for VDRM.
