Seriously Dude, Nice link.

FIRST PARAGRAPH

Companies interested in selling their products and services to the federal government should prepare by fulfilling applicable requirements, and registering in the appropriate systems.

Took about 1 second for me to find.

You must have an active registration in SAM to do business with the Federal Government.

Does that link say "depends on the mood" Nope, it says MUST HAVE

The last link you provided, then ignored the response ( I see you didn't provide that one again) you tried to argue that they didnt have to have a QML listing (THEY DO) because the requirements for DEFENSIVE SOFTWARE had been removed.

I have offered you a friendly wager on the matter yet you seem to always ignore that offer.

You up for a bet on the matter? NO SFOR PRODUCTS IN GOVT WITHOUT ACTIVE SAM $100 to the winner?

Bingo! From somebody who has been a VAR within the DoD Procurement Cycle AS IT RELATES TO NEW SOFTWARE! End of story or should I say the SAMS fairy tale being a show stopper.
