Will everyone please help create an SFOR arguement for "the sky is falling". A special someone needs help creating an intelligent arguement. Please don't mention Ropes $ Gray's dedication to the lawsuits with an extensive IP background, cuz that wouldn't help his arguement that "the sky is falling". Also, please don't discuss what the microsoft settlement did for the pps. Or the fact the judge court ordered SFOR to make a settlement offer, inwhich the defendants have until june 5th to respond. Perhaps other "sky is falling" debutantes can help pool their information and attempt an intelligent arguement together. Fyi...it's not happening. Btw...thanx for the great accumulation period. It's much appreciated by abazaba, myself, and many others. ;*)
