Ultimately everything falls on the CEO and not one of the many many many CFO's they have had in the last decade...They have already changed auditors mid stream just like before so something is coming up that an auditor will not pass them on...

The Company recently replaced Chia & Alton LLP with dbbmckennon LLP. The replacement, which slightly delayed the audit of the financials for the year ended December 31, 2016, is better aligned with the needs of AmeraMex.
