Just another canadian mining scam. I was in this four years ago at 22 cents. Now it forever floats at 6 cents because the institution sold out and all that remains are sheep that aren't willing to let go. Not that this is a problem. It's just that now, Lac probably doesn't FEEL inclined to produce anymore. Not if it get handed onto stupid people who believed pencil dust will save us all.
