So I believe the order of battle here will be, get the registration statement filed, and then in a single announcement, announce the RS coincident with the uplisting. Ideally that announcement would be timed to occur on a Friday after the close, with the uplisting to be effective as of Monday's open.

Any word on whether or not a registration statement was ever filed with Nasdaq? They were pretty sneaky on enacting today's reverse split. No notice whatsoever.
