Quint, I'm thinking it would happen at some point in the next few weeks. I believe there is a good chance that they have obtained a verbal understanding with Nasdaq that, if they do the following 2 steps that Nasdaq would be willing to immediately grant them a listing effective with the completion of the last of these 2 steps:
1) File a registration statement for all of the stock that has been issued privately in the last 9 months, and
2) Do the RS
So I believe the order of battle here will be, get the registration statement filed, and then in a single announcement, announce the RS coincident with the uplisting. Ideally that announcement would be timed to occur on a Friday after the close, with the uplisting to be effective as of Monday's open.
The registration statement for this company is going to be a pretty involved document so that is why I don't see it getting filed for another week or 2. Remember, they just got the 10Q out a few days ago, and the same people that did that are the ones that need to do the registration statement.
