Honestly it should be self explanatory.
If this thing took off and jumped to say 1.50 or heck 2.00 some might bail having gotten to the point of 100% total frustration at the CO and the BOD's.
I really thought is was pretty simple equation to figure out
For instance there are 139 hedge fund HERE NOW that already own a COMBINED 39% of this co, all but a very few have ESCROWS, so what are the others here for??????? ME thinks to pick up shares as fast as they can WHEN something MATERIAL is disclosed, they AINT HERE FOR ANY PIE IN THE SKY(ESCROWS) now are they?????

MANY if not almost all here have at one time or another said I WISH TO HECK I HAD SOLD ALL OF MINE @3.50 and they may get their chance.
Large investors don't buy UNTIL there is a REASON to buy, then they don't care KNOWING it is coming to fruition.............They wait for that certain something to TAKE PLACE
