Some things didn't make sense to me. For instance...if iTALK and UMS are no longer working together why did the March Operating Report show iTALK everywhere and bank statements being set up under iTALK.

That paragraph said in February the merger was dissolved. Yet a month later they were still working together.

I think the next operating report should be posted soon...unless they are planning to hold it until the end of the bk...who knows. Technically it should have been filed already. But if they are still working together...you would have to wonder what the plan is. Maybe TALK will merge with the debtor.
