question - as part of the bidding process, can anyone from TALK or UMS submit bids or does it have to be a totally independent party with no formal links to either Talk or UMS?

Some things didn't make sense to me. For instance...if iTALK and UMS are no longer working together why did the March Operating Report show iTALK everywhere and bank statements being set up under iTALK.

It's difficult to pull all the pieces together. Time will tell and I agree with what you said. There is an ongoing relationship between the two companies.

Exactly, lol, why would you continue naming the accounts TALK if TALK is long gone? Lol

I bet on the unknowns. :)
