IMO its because we are under resistance. Once we break it, TA buyers will come in and take us to the next level.... We NEED them to light it up. They are the fuel of the penny market... Longs are already in this and holding
Some people say we are red on every PR, but that is just recently, during the consolidation period. This happens to MOST penny stocks. You aren't going to get many TA traders to chase a chart that is not ready... The current trend is nuetral and will become bullish if we can clear these .08's, so hopefully we break out soon.
For a stock that supposedly always red on news, its sure closer to the all time high, than the lows.
