Totally agree, but what other company that is/was a client could have/would have been inundated with that many calls the day after the cement contract was announced?

That's exactly what i was about to post JJ!!
The cement deal is closed and finalized.
It looks very logical to me that's it's another client who wanted to talk with the SLJB management about AN OPEN DEAL still in the negociation phase.
