Now unless there was a provision in that contract that had an escape clause to get out of it because of lunatic shareholders calling them, I think that deal is SOLID! I don't in any way, shape, or form, think that Petar V. was talking about the cement contract. He was talking about the phone lines getting tied up and losing a customer because they couldn't get through. This was a FINALIZED, OFFICIALLY CLOSED, CONTRACT. The cement deal, according to the PR, is set in CEMENT!
The ONLY thing that will convince me that the cement contract has been rescinded, because of calls from shareholders, is a PR from the company. Petar did NOT state that in his .pdf post on the site today, unless he has amended it since I read it.
