The only reason the $1 level is holding is due to the fact that all shareholders have been wiped out through the last three R/Ss that have been done.

Capital Change=shs decreased by 1 for 500 split Pay date=02/23/2012.
Capital Change=shs decreased by 1 for 50000 split Ex-date=01/24/2013.
Capital Change=shs decreased by 1 for 30000 split. Pay date=10/07/2016.

With just 50,830 shares in retail's hands, they're forced to let them sit in their accounts either hoping for a miracle or dumping them for the tax loss.

But with the market cap being what it is ($61M) for a company with no sales/revenue, it'll be impossible to raise money through dilution without creating a pump and dump situation. It'll be interesting to see what develops here. If anything.

You should be asking how after doing a 50k to 1 reverse split you end up with over 1.5 Billion outstanding in a very short time.
