With just 50,830 shares in retail's hands, they're forced to let them sit in their accounts either hoping for a miracle or dumping them for the tax loss.
But with the market cap being what it is ($61M) for a company with no sales/revenue, it'll be impossible to raise money through dilution without creating a pump and dump situation. It'll be interesting to see what develops here. If anything.
