You can tell Roger was busting at the seams, trying to hold back some meaty details... i'm thinking a huge GROzone PR is real close... like days away.
If I had to guess, the large GZ sale is done... but they're still working out the extra details (territory, distribution pricing, exclusivity terms), which brings this other company into a tighter fold with AMFE.
By the sounds of it, it's possible that this is all complete, they're just waiting on final signatures.
