Great job Walter! LWLG is the real deal, truly disruptive tech set to conquer 4 billion market in 2018!

World Class management!!

World Class devices!!

No Debt!!

Very conservative cash burn, current financing by LPC for a number of years, and the PPS has soared, opposite of toxic!!

Company confirms it never paid a penny for any promotion!! Plus the promo website claims it began promotion AFTER the PPS soared!!

the Toxic funding used by LWLG implies that its business plan was so bad that it was forced to accept this type of financing, which is mostly used by scammy companies that have no other avenues of financing...

look for the toxic funding to cause the stock price to drop to the below .30 levels?

and why is this?

because this is what happens to the stock price of companies that use the toxic funder LPC

1) ToXic Funding . This what you call toxic funding enabled LWLG to continue its progress and achieving results faster than expected; It enables LWLG to go on until a major player will put in tens of millions. We will be on another exchange and will soon look back and laugh about this low share price .

The $150,000 paid stock promotion campaign for LWLG is very real, as 3 separate entities have tracked the details of the promo campaign.

The stock price began its artificial increase a few days before the May 16th start of the promo because of front running by people with knowledge that the promo campaign was going to be carried out....

2)The 150000 promotion campaign to Stock Palooza is fake news; It states it started at 16 May . Well the stock was then already at 1,50 usd.It is now at 1,54. That is not really a big success; If I were the payer I would ask my money back. It means the big rise in shareprice happened before the 16th of May.

The new CEO of LWLG, Michael Lebby, is based at his home apartment in San Francisco, far away from the Colorado headquarters of LWLG and is only working part-time for LWLG, that itself tells you how bad the situation at LWLG is.

Can you imagine?

a part-time CEO of a public company based out of his apartment, far away from the headquarters of the company...not good.

4)Michael Lebby lives indeed in San Francisco between the Twitters and the Googles , the big data center users . This is a great place to work from.Inversor asked him last year during a dinner ; What is going to be the next thing ? His answer ? LWLG. These Giants ask for a solution at a reasonable price and we think LWLG can give them this solution.

5) Michael Lebby is now spending all of his time for LWLG; Also when he will be putting polymers on the map in the conference in the Netherlands mid June and advising the EEC in Brussels the week afterwards; I will probably have dinner with him that week.No shareholder has any problem with the options he has received.

Thanks to walterc. Your post 25245 is very well expressed and should be read by all. Glad to see this post is set as a board sticky.

No worries from me about LWLG. The very high potential in this company's unmatched technology has never been closer to bringing long term investors some great rewards. Cheers.
