If Wayne disclosed Restricted shares. I missed it. And, if that disclosure was after the record or ex-date, then he still gets to say it was disclosed even if it was too late before investors bought UNGS for GRCC divvy shares. But, if it was disclosed and I missed or didn't want to see it, I blame myself. Somehow I don't think I'm the only one who missed it.
