Then, at the end of the Restriction Period, the price of those shares dropped so far so fast.

Management leaves the shareholder to get attorney letters and make arrangements with the TA, and pay for it all, to have the legend removed. That not only takes money but time, weeks in many cases. Meanwhile they have already converted and dumped their own shares. I have seen dozens of these things and it never pays to even try to convert these scam divies. The only divy that has a chance is a pre-registered one so they are issued as free trading. Funny but that never seems to happen.

Wayne promised he would register these shares...guess what....he lied about that too.

I have no humble opinions, but I do have opinions and those are what I express in my posts. BUT...I have been wrong before and likely will be wrong again so do your own research and don't blame me if you are too lazy to do so.
