Well I assume we will have some form of settlement first with one of the three infringers. The one you speak of is with the latter infringers. Its only been less than 3 months since we slapt them with the law suit. They will not except the offers to early. It would be a dream if we could settle that fast. For the first three I say July only because Mark said late last year speaking of a conference they had, that that was the first of many and law suits can take any where from 1 to 3 years. Well one is over in late June. But I think they will stretch to next year what if all three go to trail well than could be longer than even next year. Don't put to much on my opinion. But also don't put to much on other's opinion even tho it appears they do such extensive DD lol. You know how pink sheet ceo's are. We have been over a penny for almost 2 months now and yet still trading on the pink sheets. Why are we not trading on a higher tier. All pink sheets are turds until they come off the pink sheets lol. Jmho.
