I believe alot of the swing traders got out the last 2 days and some of the peeps who got in on the first pop and did not sell on the retrace were given a second opportunity to sell.
Notice how quiet the board is now that they are gone !
Shares held now in better hands and at a higher base.
Should move more easily as a good part of the float is locked for the big payday. (Aka settlement)
The risk of holding this has been lowered significantly after the RPX loss in fighting the patents.
RPX's is in the business of fighting patents for there clients like cable companies. There loss will now bring in the negotiations for a quick settlement imo.
