ksv, I'm sorry to hear that..you've always been above board. Hearing that from you carries weight with me. So much promise for this company and product-i hope they're still successful. Don't know what to say, except, if true, I'm saddened this stuff has gone on.

This is the crux of the problem.

What's legal? What isn't anymore.

The likelihood of punitive ramifications for his actions are small.

For example,misleading statements and Lying just isn't held to a high standard anymore.

If Milken can serve only a few years,and walk out of prison still a Billionaire....for those with greed and a faulty moral compass,it seems there's a huge upside to going this route.

Until we treat those that cheat others with some appropriate justice,things won't ever change.

It is odd how you disputed the fact that DECN Bozo Berman tried to get me to pump an article he was writing that was not public. Now you are admitting he called you and tried to get you to illegally leak non public information.

I even posted the text messages and emails by DECN CEO Bozio Berman. Looks like you realize what a lying scumbag this CEO is. He has wiped out shareholders twice with reverse splits. It is also apparent that Berman had very strong ties to Platinum and its subsidiaries. He even texted that he was sending the Russians after one of his financiers that kept him afloat for a decade.
