This is the crux of the problem.

What's legal? What isn't anymore.

The likelihood of punitive ramifications for his actions are small.

For example,misleading statements and Lying just isn't held to a high standard anymore.

If Milken can serve only a few years,and walk out of prison still a Billionaire....for those with greed and a faulty moral compass,it seems there's a huge upside to going this route.

Until we treat those that cheat others with some appropriate justice,things won't ever change.
