IF so why would there be any kind of reference to a 75/25 split .. If preferred are to only get face and interest does not make sense to mention any kind of split at all IMO

WHY????

Commons were going to be given ZERO/NOTHING.

They were then allowed to get 'something', but I'm pretty sure that it wasn't going to be MOST/BULK of the treasure.

I can't believe that the Groups that wanted it all, suddenly decided to give it ALL away???
