The number of share you own in Mantra Venture Group will be converted to the same number of shares in Spectrum Global Solutions.

So how does this work with regards to our existing Mvtg shares? Does all stay the same apart from the company name changing on our investment portfolios from Mvtg to Spectrum global solutions?

Nothing changes in regard to your shares except the name of the company they are for..
