They are effectively saying they are abandoning MVTG and setting up shop as a completely new entity, new share structure, new management, new business model.
The mass exodus has been a testament to how the market perceives this move. The market is always right. Anyone holding shares needs to ask themselves if this is indicative of a promising venture or one that is more indicative of a pinksheet shell game.
I hope everyone has not invested more than they can afford to lose.
