Boris, I have looked at the Calif case closely and it to me appears the May 9 went forward and there were no objections so I believe this is a done deal. Further, the 6/16 date is for the DB and Lehman Brothers issues and nothing to do with our case. This is somewhat confusing but when they discuss notes, notes would be historical or past issues. Time will soon tell
