This has always been about WaMu's estate and/or former assets, contrary to what many people would have you believe.

At this point, does ANYBODY really believe this is about tax attributes and/or growing organically?

Does ANYBODY really believe they could not find anything worthy to buy since the 'Effective Date' of March 19, 2012.

Ok, proof they were not really looking to buy ANYBODY or ANYTHING since 3/19/2012 is WMIH did not raise any serious money until 1/5/2015. Do not even bring up the original loan at 13% if they tapped the 75 million original loan scam.


Of course, this is ALL about former assets and yes, WMIH may need a platform purchase of sorts BUT they cannot move forward until WMIH makes a deal first with WMILT regarding former assets!
