Exactly and furthermore KB has seemingly learned from his past and knows how to play the game legally, albeit loosely, while screwing his shareholders and manipulating those who trust him. He has called me personally asking me to talk about a share buy back on message boards, and I know I am not the only person he has requested this from. Additionally, he asked me to leak the Seeking Alpha article as well as Johnny has explained so there were most likely others who were asked to do the same. Why would he do that? Why would a company with any sort of promise have play that game...?
