Rurourni has put out a slightly less cryptic than usual post saying that MaxD has sued a rival audio company. That company appears to be a company called Bambu co founded by Lloyd Trammel. It is said that MaxD is suing Trammel's new company for infringing a patent Trammel is said to have sold to MaxD.
In other words with everything else even the ownership of the audio tech is hotly contested. And yet another former partner is sued. I get the feeling MaxD doesn't work and play well with others.
What due diligence are you directing me to do exactly?
