That is the COBAS patent that is not being sold to ACS. SFOR has the patent(s) covering OOBA in the US. At the shareholder meeting I asked why they didn't file for an international patent much earlier and the answer was that they didn't have the funds. Notice the filing date?(when MSFT settled). The COBAS international patent should take about 2 more years. Also they wouldn't have filed for the COBAS international patent if they didn't believe they have a good chance of getting approved. NOTE: while many are marketing and selling OOBA most do not have any type of patent covering the technology. Just google "out of band authentication patent" and see who comes up.

The International patent that should be getting a denied or approval in the months to come is for the MT keystroke encryption. If we get approved, I believe SFOR or ACS will be filing suit against the 5/6 companies listed at the bottom of the Asset Purchase Agreement.

Keep in mind, international patents gets the attention of the global companies like MSFT, IBM, McAFEE, CA, ETC.

These patents are 2 of the catalysts everyone is waiting for.

Hope it helps. The more you dig the more you will find.

Always my opinion
