I am petty sure that when Missling says fully funded for was it 2 years, then he means including drawing on the already publicly know LPC facility - as good as cash.

I think you're probably right. And I also think it's dangerous: like an ATM.

From Prospectus - if you read carefully

1. Rett trial will start in calendar year 2017 - it can start anytime till Dec 2017

2. Alz - P2/3 larger trial - any details are missing - it does not even talk about start of the trial in 2017 (if I have missed - can someone find it)

It also does not talk about MJFF trial start in 2017

For any biotech to issue new shares for raising money is normal - but if he is not starting the Alz key trial in 2017 means huge delay - that is really bad.

With such delay - why Dr M is getting huge options? What milestones he achieved?
