After reading this very confusing pump document three stinking times, I don't have a clue as to who is financing what and when. There are so many conflicts about financing it's mind boggling.
Then he spends a paragraph discussing the economic benefits of a project that's not even funded, throwing out absurd numbers, pulled out of thin air.
Then he sums it up by saying he is issuing RFP's for a project that isn't even funded. I'm going to drink a gallon of coolaide and prepare for the carnage on Monday!
I'm going to poise two question to the fine folks on this board....
1) Why wasn't a formal press release issued today instead of an "update"?
2) Why wasn't an 8K issued today containing references to a press release?
IMHO because today's "update" contained NOTHING OF ANY SUBSTANCE!
