I agree foot but not because of what I have posted. All of these Bonds and other financial instruments have an intersecting date possibility some are a combination of prior sec notifications of financial instruments. It is difficult I know to discover when the settlement date will be when you have no fiduciary duty by those officiating the settlement date of Plan 7. There many things coming together the timing of June 1st !. SH meeting, DB payment of 7 bil to Treasury and multiple other Cit, PNC, BOA tender offers all by the end of May. Your guess is as good as mine but June 1st or shortly thereafter would be a reasonable guess. Money never sleeps. Good luck to all Wamuers and those with 2.5% that will go to WMIH.
