The appraiser's statement says that the fact the artifacts must be sold together (and kept together) is not taken into account in determining the appraised value.

No idea how much that would affect value.

Where do you see the $218mil figure? I saw $110 in their filings from when they were given the assets from 2010. Can you show me where you saw that different figure? It's a substantial difference...
