The challenge is that they have to sell the entire titanic assets together and to an institution that will allow it to be showed publicly. That certainly cuts down the number of buyers. I don't know anything about what the demand would be like for these assets but it seems that it is at least possible that there could be serious interest. The question is at how much and how far or close to that 218m number they put out as FMV.
