Problem with that. There is no loan. And the old mining claims have little potential. Especially for a family run company with zero experience in mining exploration and development. There's reasons why there are a very few commercial gold mines in California these days. This company isn't capable of changing that

According to the May 5, 2017 Research Report, this is already in progress.

"2. eFUEL EFN CORPORATION has sent a team of scientists to the Liberty Gold Mines property to perform a study with field tests and report to the company on mineral deposits. This study will be on-going for several months."

I would advice the Family and Board of Directors of EFLN to spend some of the money from the loan for Gold Research and more.

One more time: There is no $35 million loan.
