Correct, INOH is not a SEC Registrant but isn't it the SEC that would shut it down? Or is this a job for FINRA. I know I have called FINRA about some OTC companies.

I guess I figured that the SEC got involved in any company that was traded publicly even if it a lowly OTC.

Yep, that's the truth. I was talking to them about a scam and giving them some information, afterwards, I asked "how is the investigation going"... SILENCE. I didn't expect otherwise but I was HOPING! ;-)
