Good question. Goldberg had his last penny stock shut down, the SEC revoked their registration. One more scam put to its death.

But INOH is not an SEC Registrant. So like most of the lowly OTC, they play their OTC games (fabricated news, never any follow through, P&Ds, Form Ts, massive Dilution, RSs, AS increases, preferred increases, ETC.) while the SEC is largely MIA. It's worth noting however, the SEC cannot disclose the existence or non-existence of an investigation or any information gathered.
