Releasing a PR after hours on Friday can be a great option, cause its gives the news more time to spread before people can buy... this builds up massive pressure for the Monday opening (Tue in this case).

Notice how he said the news would "be posted to http://otcmarkets.com on Friday"... I have a feeling he will release it in Canada after hours, then again on Tuesday morning in the USA. Make sense? This is the format for all of the other PRs.
