The problem is that the dates don't line up here. He says 6 weeks ago (or whenever) in the CC that they have no plans for an RS. They include statements in their quarterly report, filed May 15 that "The company does not anticipate an immediate stock split, stock dividend, recapitalization, merger, acquisition, spin-off, or reorganization.", but then a filing hits the Nevada SOS four days later for an RS? That's pretty immediate.
I don't know very much about these things, but that timeline provides a paper trail for blatant falsehoods. Isn't it possible something else motivated the Nevada filing?
