Really!?! Say we have no plans and saying we aren't doing are two very dif things. For example, " Well we didn't have any plans for a RS but the situation changed." As compared to, " we are not doing a RS" then they do and that would be a lie. How is that not obviously clear. It's an out, that's all, and it looks as though their gonna exercise that play in words.
