Interesting body language from Mark when asked the Rec licence question.

He was quick to discuss the benefit of the next round of Rec licensing if they don't get one this time. Not exactly displaying as much confidence as I had hoped, compared to previous interviews.

He also looks worn out.

It is not a question of when, as they already qualify, is I believe what he said regarding the next licensing round.

There are only a few days remaining to get a Dispensary License this go round, and to do that, a taxable sale must occur to qualify.

May 31st is just around the corner, and I assume the State of Nevada Officials do not work on Memorial Day, so the clock is ticking............

Nice update glad I added some yesterday we are getting very close to some very good news IMO

CEO Mark said, "...with fifty-two million visitors we are one of the privilege few that have a license here..."

He goes on to say, "...right now we are a couple of days away from getting our medical license squared away we have to go put that into activation, create a little revenue, then we can apply for the ah the May 31th deadline here for recreational.

"...if we don't by any chance, we are a heartbeat from the next application process..."

First, he said they were the privilege few that have a license. In the next paragraph he says they have to apply for the medical license and then apply for the recreational license. I thought they already had a medical license. Whether they will be ready by the 31st May deadline, I don't know. It's a "toss-up". But, Mark is preparing us for the next application process. So, I might be inclined to think they may not make it.

I've always said, don't put these kinds of things (licenses) off until the last minute because something can go wrong. Right now, I am holding the bag and can't sell if I wanted to. So, I am holding!!!
