Yes, to be 100% clear: if available science isn't enough (to prove with 100% certainty) ... it is enough to rescind

Trigs were not a validated marker at the time the FDA granted the SPA

I would like to say the same: it wasn't ... (ever).

According to the three Judge panel it was and it was written into ANCHOR SPA.
