My point is that this is NOT a start up... its been a failed venture for many years. Its good that Rich gets to fail at the expense of the shareholder. He makes money while shareholders loses their investment. haha. maybe this will turn around but with the constant dilution to pay off old debt (that's an additional +613,000,000 shares of its common stock soon to hit the market), i don't see how the shareholder can survive. I'm not saying that this is a failed venture, its just that Rich has not presented any confidence that shareholders will succeed with the brand.
