Thank you Falconer for clearing that up. We on the Anavex Board are lucky to have you here to strip away the mire.

So our Institutional Investment is at 26% now, which cost them about $62 million. Some here have said we really don’t want more than 50% Investment by the Tutes. That leaves us with something less than 24% to go for Tutes to try and accumulate.

How much will the next 15% to 23% cost them? Something tells me it will be more than $62 million.

imo

[quote[quote]]"How many other Big Pharmas have spent billions testing both beta-amyloid and tau tangle removal drugs? Not a one has been successful in any way."

Falconer, like the others I appreciate your knowledge and your contributions here. Having spent time getting funding for programs and projects over time I wonder how these organizations can possibly justify spending billions more dollars after 3+ decades of consistent failures expecting that somehow THEY found the solution. In fact now when I read of yet another Plaque attack theory/attempt I feel relief as an Anavex investor.

I also see some kind of BTD designation for A2-73, which cannot come soon enough for me. Possibly the delays we see here are not only due to analysis of results to this point. We may be seeing thoughtful planning over the dynamics (FDA+AVXL+others+politics) of a BT.

Falconer, Talk about blind momentum building on a course to known destruction..Merck has just left port with their anti-tau drug following the USS Biogen carrying Aducamumab, the newly acquired anti-tau form BMS and two amyloid/tau drugs from Eisai (BAN2401 and E2609). Despite hearing of ship wrecks by anti tau/amyloid plaque drugs of others including Accera, Lily, Pfizer, J&J and Neutrope, they have taken the same northern route into the icebergs of trial failure.

In the meantime the USS ANAVEX is taking the longer southern route. Just in case, Captain Vournatsos is keeping close contact with Captain Missling and monitoring the FDA weather repots. What is that old axiom though, about trying to turn a ship under full steam.

Not very good odds with 99.6% of ships sunk on that "northern route"!
