Thanks Falconer, It appears that this drug and 2-73 may be adjunct therapies. The stand alone and adjunct applications could be a great mode of treatment for a great many diseases and conditions(i.e. TBI) where the Sigma 1 approach coupled with other drugs as Dado explains for Epilepsy gives a more therapeutic treatment result.
